These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Summit Roofing website and services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Summit Roofing provides residential roofing services — including repairs, replacements, storm damage repair, and inspections — in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual condition, size, and scope of the roof at the time of service.

Booking & Cancellations

By requesting an inspection or booking a service, you authorize us to contact you to confirm details. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24/48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. For larger projects, a deposit may be required, with the balance due upon completion. We accept payment via secure payment link. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Workmanship Guarantee

Our work is backed by a workmanship guarantee. If an issue arises from our workmanship, notify us and we will return to correct the affected work at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only and is in addition to any applicable manufacturer's warranty on materials. It does not constitute a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to Your Property

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If our crew is unable to access the property, a fee may apply.

Liability

Summit Roofing is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the roofing service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
